1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ourlafc.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may modify these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Not Affiliated with LAFC

This Platform is an independent, fan-operated community site and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC), Major League Soccer (MLS), Ticketmaster, or any of their subsidiaries, officers, employees, or agents. All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners.

3. Ticket Resale — User-to-User Transactions

The Platform provides a venue for users to list and discover ticket resale opportunities. All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. The Platform:

• Does NOT act as a broker, ticket seller, escrow agent, or party to any transaction
• Does NOT hold, transfer, verify, or guarantee payment or ticket delivery
• Does NOT guarantee the validity, authenticity, or transferability of any ticket
• Does NOT verify the identity or trustworthiness of users beyond basic account checks
• Is NOT responsible for any disputes, fraud, losses, damages, or missed events

Users transact at their own risk. We strongly recommend meeting in person, using secure payment methods with buyer protection, and verifying tickets before completing any transaction.

4. "Verified" Badge Does Not Guarantee Legitimacy

Season ticket holder verification and ticket listing verification are provided as a courtesy based on user-submitted documentation. A verified badge is NOT a guarantee of authenticity, ownership, or transaction safety. We disclaim all liability for verified listings that turn out to be fraudulent, duplicate, invalid, or misrepresented.

5. Match Predictions & Prize Draws

Match prediction contests and prize draws ("Promotions") are offered at our sole discretion. By participating, you agree:

• Promotions are void where prohibited by law
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time for any reason
• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, manipulation, or violation of Terms
• Prize fulfillment is subject to verification of the winner's identity and eligibility
• Winners may be required to provide contact information to claim prizes
• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated
• We are not responsible for lost, late, or undelivered prizes
• Participation does not guarantee winning; winners are selected at our sole discretion via random draw
• Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner
• Must be 18 or older and a resident of California to be eligible for prizes, unless otherwise stated

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have the right to post it.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Scalp, bulk-list, or use bots to acquire or list tickets
• List counterfeit, duplicate, or fraudulent tickets
• Harass, threaten, or defame other users
• Post illegal, hateful, obscene, or infringing content
• Circumvent fees, verification, or platform safeguards
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Platform

We may terminate or suspend accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PLATFORM, ITS OPERATORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, tickets, money, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its operators, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your content, (c) your violation of these Terms, (d) your transactions with other users, or (e) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Los Angeles, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial. Small claims court actions may be brought in your county of residence.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action not subject to arbitration shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

13. SMS Marketing

If you opt in to SMS marketing, you consent to receive promotional text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
